Parish of Cameron

The Cameron Parish School Board held a special meeting at the LSU Ag- Extension office located at 7101 Gulf Hwy., Lake Charles, LA 70605 on this date and meeting was called to order at 7:00 am, members in attendance are: Christi Labove, John Canik, Sheila Miller, Sharon Picou and Paula Smythe. Absent: Rhonda Boudreaux, Joseph Delcambre and Marsha Trahan

The prayer and the pledge were led by Mrs. Smythe and Mrs. Picou.

On the motion of Mrs. Labove, seconded by Mrs. Smythe, the Board approved the agenda.

On the motion of Mrs. Picou, seconded by Mrs. Labove, the Board approved authorizing Change Order #1 for Hackberry High School Canopy Project 2016-09-13, as presented by the Superintendent and Architect David Brossett.

On the motion of Mrs. Labove, seconded by Mrs. Smythe, the Board adjourned the special school board meeting at 7:06 a.m.
