SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS

The Cameron Parish School Board encourages teachers to discuss their instructional supply needs with their principal.  The principal and teachers will determine an appropriate list of supplemental material based on quality, reputation and significance of author, readability and appeal, format and price. 

All supplemental material (material used in addition to parish approved textbooks) will be available for review by the parent at the school.

A parent who wishes to review the supplemental material should contact the school principal.  Supplemental material will be made available to the parent for review.

A parent who objects to any supplemental material shall complete an objection form.  The teacher will select alternative supplemental material and method of assignment completion after the objection has been filed.
