DEPOSITORY OF FUNDS

The Cameron Parish School Board shall select a depository which shall provide the most efficient and otherwise desirable service for the Board and School District.  All funds of the Board shall be deposited to the account(s) of the Board in the official depository selected.

All monies retained in school buildings shall be safeguarded in secure areas at all times.  However, the Board shall assume no responsibility for funds lost in a school unless it is determined or expected that an employee has misused funds for any purpose.

The Board requires that school funds shall be deposited as necessary.
