CHAPTER 20. HIGHER EDUCATION ASSISTANCE

17:3023.7      Tax exemption

  All property and income of the Louisiana Student Financial Assistance Commission used exclusively for the purposes of this Chapter shall be exempt from all taxes and assessments.
