I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all the students back for the start of the 2018-2019 school year. It has been a great summer and we have all done a lot of work preparing for the start and are super excited! Parents, I wanted to let you all know that your child’s education is our top priority, but we also strongly encourage them to be involved in something at the school, anything. We feel this has multiple benefits both for the school and your child. We ask for your support in encouraging their participation in these activities.
At the school level, our faculty and staff has spent the summer participating in professional learning opportunities and preparing their rooms for the start of this year. I appreciate everyone’s hard work and dedication this summer. What I have learned in my short tenure here, these administrators, teachers, central office staff, and support staff are not afraid to work. We are all truly vested in your child’s educational experience!!
If you view our mission and vision statement on this site, it really says it all. We are here to serve the students in order to prepare them to become successful and productive citizens. As we move through the school year, I look forward to interacting with your child as well as meeting you all when given the opportunity.
