Good afternoon Cameron Parish, it's one o'clock in the afternoon, Tuesday, July 15th. Wanted to give you a quick update, I know, we sent a series of videos out yesterday but we wanted to take this time showing to take this time to update you on a couple things. Just be more specific questions have arised, just want to clear the air. This video is going to address two things. Number one questions about athletic and extracurricular activities in conjunction with the virtual student and then school uniforms. Okay, so the first thing this is about school athletics or the virtual student in participation of school athletics or athletic P.E. As of now if a student chooses to go Virtual School participate in that Plato Platform, then they will not be allowed to participate athletic P.E. that occurs during the regular school day. So in other words if your son or daughter or whatever play whatever sport they play they would have to wait until school ends before they come on campus. Okay, just to be clear on that so if their practice starts at 3 or 3:30 they would have to wait until after the dismissal of whatever school in particular is. If it's one of the 4-day weeks where they get out a little after 4, they're going to have to wait until then, Ok. if you have any questions about that feel free to get with me and let me know. Regarding school, uniforms we had a meeting this morning. We met with supervisors and principles, we had a deep, deep discussion regarding some concerns people had and the school around the school around the school uniform. Right now what I know is we do still want to require the school issued or sold uniform tops at your respective school so whatever that shirt looks like that you still will be required to wear that uniform top. Regarding the bottoms what we've all agreed upon the concern that we had is not the actual purchasing of them rather the trying to buy them and then they not fit not be able to bring it back I ordered online and not be able to send them back and I get that as a that is a legitimate concern a legitimate problem so what we're going to do is the principles have agreed to allow the students to wear possibly blue jeans or khaki bottoms or whatever whatever color bottom. Get with your school to see what they're going to allow specifically at your school. But we are going to allow this through Labor Day. Ok so we are going to have a little grace period, right there when we allow our students to wear like I said whatever the school sets forth but we will reassess around Labor Day. If we're still in Phase 2 and the stores haven't changed their policies or we still can't go out and about and shop. Then we'll look at either extending this or doing something different that point. But right now this policy this uniform policy with the regular top and and the change in the bottom will be in effect until Labor Day. Now if your child has trouble following the dress code that is put forth by that school regarding the change in the bottoms. If they if they're wearing jeans with holes in them or if they wear the shorts are too short or too tired or whatever the clothing is inappropriate I will reserve the right for that Principle to require your child should they not be able to follow a dress code to go back into normal dress code. So please keep that in mind. We are allowing students to a chance to modify the dress code easier for you to get what they need and not put your guys in a binding. But we need something from them, we need them to follow what we put in place: don't push the issue. Ok, please have that conversation with the child Again this will probably be our last video for this week.  We'll look at have some more videos next week.
